Rose and Clover Glade
This painting was inspired by some lovely woods near my home in the Peak District and the delicate colours of pink and white clover. Sunlight plays through beautiful leaves creating dappled light, while the delicate textures of the flowers, suggestive of clover contrasts with the dramatic tones of the shadows.
