Forest Dreaming
"Forest Dreaming" expresses a peaceful forest near my home in the Peak District where light falls through the trees creating dramatic shadows over the forest floor. I have used bright tones of blue, gold, copper and turquoise for their calming qualities. It was very peaceful to create this painting, and the copper tones have an iridescent quality to them.
